The rooms were nothing spectacular however they were clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast buffet was the best I've had in a hotel. There was a great variety from omelettes with side fillings such as cheese, salsa and pepper and onions, and biscuits and gravy. The second day included scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Plus, there was cooked oatmeal with chopped apples, nuts and raisins. This was beside the usual waffles, cereal, yogurt, danish, etc. The eating area was clean and well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Well done!

The rooms are clean and modest with coffee maker and refrig and sizable bathroom. The breakfast is fresh, delicious and plentiful but the front desk staff lacks professionalism.

First time too need a pet friendly room. I was very impressed with the pet area and the closeness of the room to the pet area. It was great. I thought the $20 pet fee per night was a bit high. Or pet was in a kennel, is hypoallergenic, and didn't cause any extra work for the hotel staff.

Just far enough from the crowds that flock to the Zion wonderland but not from the clean air and peaceful feeling one gets upon entering the parking lot and the growing excitement of what is to come that dwells in the soul of the visitor/guest!

Must travel out of town to enjoy a good dinner because this quaint town only offers a supper market and a 7 11 and a gas station. I realize that you can't have it all, all the time!

Quite, Clean rooms. Outdoor heated Pool and Hot Tub. Exercise Room. Laundry room. Large buffet style breakfast: two kinds of yogurt, two choices of oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, 3 juices, hot chocolate, 2 choices of milk, muffins, fruit, waffles and more. Family friendly. Easy access to Zions National Park, Hurricane and St George. We didn't hear doors opening and closing. We didn't hear noises from the rooms above or next to us. The bathrooms are pretty large. The only thing I would like is a sink outside the toilet area so some can be doing makeup or brushing teeth while others are in the restroom. Having it all in one room is a little harder for families. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

This is my 3rd time staying here while visiting Zion National Park. The price is much better than the hotel's right at the park's entrance and the quality is better than most. Free is a great price for breakfast, though expect to face a crowd. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though on the small side. Will stay here again.
