Number 1 service every time. They are always so busy. But yet always find time to work me in . The customer service is above and beyond. The pricing is always fair . And the work has always been top notch. I'm not one who writes reviews. But Roadrunner is more then a 5 star service center!

My husband comes here all the time, the guy that runs it, is very honest. We've taken our vehicles here Every time, and they come back in great condition. He's always truthful, and never takes something he can't fix. We took a buddy's truck in there, and scanned it and told us he wasn't able to help us. I hope he stays open forever. Thank u for great service.
My A/C went out while I was on vacation in Zion. The mechanic in Springdale doesn't work on air conditioning and refered me to Roadrunner. They were able to work me in, evaluate what I needed and get it fixed very quickly. They were honest about what did and didn't need fixed and very fair on their parts and labor pricing. In addition, they took care of me when I needed them too despite having 30 cars outside their shop needing service!

Until I told them I was from out-of-town, and kind of in a bind....
They were very busy, and said I could leave my Jeep overnight, and they’d get to it the next morning, ...
Pulled in unannounced with my Jeep.... wouldn’t shift out of 4-Lo range, suspected it was just a linkage problem...
They had it fixed before Nate could even get my name & address info into the computer for the invoice, so they just said “happy to help!”
I was so shocked and surprised by their great customer service, friendly attitude, and Zero Charge that I didn’t even have time to come to my senses and leave them money for pizza for the whole crew for lunch.
They work on all our company trucks, and have for years. They are the Toyota experts - way better than the dealer! Timely, honest, practical and well priced.
They immediately looked into it, found it was indeed just a cable that had popped off my transfer case, re-attached it, test-drove it, and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes: FREE OF CHARGE !!!!
